Glenn is the Executive Vice President and a broker with CFR, Inc. In his EVP role he has primary responsibility for managing CFR, Inc.’s relationships with the insurance companies that they represent. In this role Glenn maintains close working relationships with top executives of CFR's key carriers.

Glenn has an established practice in providing comprehensive risk management and broker services for a select group of clients. He is also a part of a team with a specialty practice in providing services to Healthcare clients including Health Systems, Hospitals, Physicians, Specialty Hospitals, Imaging Centers, as well as other allied health facilities.

Before joining CFR, Glenn was with Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and had been the Regional Vice President and General Manager for Oklahoma and Arkansas. Earlier in his career, he spent over 15 years in overseeing and providing clients of Chubb with risk management and loss control services. While in Chubb's Loss Control Division, he provided consulting services for companies in healthcare, manufacturing, energy, transportation, and real estate industries both nationally and internationally.

Glenn holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is an associate member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society. He is also a member of The American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and regularly participates in their annual educational conference. He is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tulsa.
