Gray Holden is a Senior Vice President with CFR Risk Management. His current role with CFR involves leading the branch office, risk management division and our Financial Products specialty practice in our Oklahoma City office. In addition, Gray is our Executive and Management liability product lines specialty broker.

After obtaining a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, Gray’s career in the insurance business began as a surety underwriter with Aetna Casualty & Surety in 1992. In late 1993, Gray joined Chubb Insurance, where he was an underwriter and department manager for the Executive Protection Division for nine years, handling all specialty lines of business. Gray also held the position of Branch Marketing Manager for the last three years of his Chubb tenure. In 2002, Gray joined Marsh & McLennan as their Sales Practice Leader, where he was responsible for client development across all lines of business and provided client advisory services for all executive and management liability coverage handled for the Marsh Oklahoma operations. Gray joined CFR in September of 2006 to expand the firm’s Risk Management Group and to create an executive/management liability and financial products practice for the firm. Gray is currently a member of the OKC Chamber Board of Advisors and sits on the Executive Board for the OCU Meinders School of Business.

Gray has significant expertise handling Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, ERISA Liability, Commercial Crime, Kidnap-Ransom & Extortion, M&A Risk, Environmental Liability, Employed Lawyers’ Professional Liability, E&O, Surety, Trade Credit Risk and other specialty insurance coverages.
