Jay Condry specializes in financial services and employee benefits with CFR.

Prior to coming to CFR, he worked for national health insurance carriers and third party administrators consulting all size employers on group health plans (with an alternative funding emphasis), retirement plans, and ancillary benefits.  While with those companies, he earned several sales and leadership awards.

Jay understands the challenges facing employers surrounding their employee benefits programs.  He works with employers to develop creative strategies that improve employee satisfaction and control costs.
