Jolene joined CFR in February of 2002, having more than 35 years experience in the insurance business, the majority of which was in commercial lines.  Jolene retired from Aon Corporation after spending 20 years with Aon/Frank B. Hall Company combined.  Jolene is now semi-retired and employed part-time with CFR.

Jolene assists the Account Managers in verifying client’s policies have been issued according to instructions given to the insurance company underwriters.  She is licensed by the State of Oklahoma for Property and casualty Insurance.

Jolene attained her Certified Professional Insurance Women (CPIW) designation in 1979 after completing the Insurance Institute of America (IIA) courses, and continued her education by taking several CPCU courses.
