Lenice joined CFR in 2007 as Les Veltman's assistant. After 3 ½ years with Les she transferred into the Office Services Assistant and became an official CFR employee.

Before joining CFR she was employed by Hillcrest HealthCare System beginning in 1987 and was the Executive Assistant for 18 years supporting James D. Harvey in the Hillcrest Foundation. In addition to her duties with Mr. Harvey at Hillcrest she was also the assistant secretary for the Hillcrest Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors. And, for 8 years was also the event coordinator for Hillcrest Foundation and among her duties was leadership in coordinating the Fall Benefit and also CrestFest, the two fund raising events for Hillcrest HealthCare System.
