Linda Gordon joined CFR in March 1998, as an Account Manager in the Health & Benefits Department, and was promoted to an Account Executive in March 2007.

Before joining CFR, she was a Service Representative at Prudential in the Marketing Department where she was responsible for presenting and explaining benefits to clients, fielding benefit questions, handling claim issues in a timely manner and problem solving.  Prior to her seven years experience with Prudential, Linda worked for Fenix & Scisson, an underground mining company, in the Human Resource Department.  Part of her responsibilities included keeping the employees informed of their benefits and abreast of any changes, filing their claims and checking for claim payment accuracy upon receipt of payment from the insurance carrier.

Linda brings many years of knowledge and experience in group health benefits to CFR.  She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and attends monthly meetings of the Tulsa Association of Health Underwriters which addresses various issues relating to the insurance industry.
