Mark joined CFR in January 2004 as a commercial lines Property/Casualty producer, and specializes in all types of commercial coverages.  He has an in-depth knowledge of insurance products and claims management experience, which he uses to obtain proper and adequate coverage for his clients at competitive pricing.

Prior to joining CFR, Mark worked in the claims department for Travelers Insurance Company and Mid-Continent Casualty for 13 years.  In addition to being a licensed agent since 1999, he continues to maintain his insurance adjuster’s license.  Mark obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University in 1984, and holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Mark currently serves on the board of directors of the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Tulsa.  He is the president of the Associates Council.  He is dedicated to working with other Association members to assist them with their specific insurance requirements, as they relate to the building industry.
