Sam joined CFR in 1987 and specializes in developing property and casualty niche insurance programs.

 He has unique experience in creating programs where large numbers of individuals and companies are brought together to achieve group-buying power.  Sam is credited for having established national insurance programs for welding supply distributors, contact lens manufacturers, industrial machinery manufacturers and an Oklahoma workers’ compensation program for the Oklahoma Staffing Association.

Sam is a consultant to several national and state trade associations and affinity groups.  He holds a B.S. degree in business marketing from Oklahoma State University.
