Steve Holloway began his career as a bank examiner with the Comptroller of Currency for the U.S. Treasury Department.  He then moved to the insurance industry and worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance for five years, specializing in commercial insurance coverage, self-insurance, cash flow programs, and workers' compensation plans for a variety of business clients.

He joined CFR in 1986 and has specialized in serving the real estate, manufacturing, plastics and rubber, construction, and chemical industries,especially those with difficult or heavy products or international exposures.

Steve uses his knowledge of insurance products and application to exposures coupled with his creativity and tenacity to find  alternative solutions to coverage issues, markets, and pricing concerns.

Steve approaches the concept of insurance agency as a long-term business partnership between the client and agent.  He is involved in all phases of his clients' operations and often works closely with the in-house risk management teams of his customers.

Establishing long term risk reduction options and making his clients as attractive as possible to the insurance marketplace is his goal.  This is done in order to provide maximum bottom line benefits by advocating open and ongoing communication and follow through in every area of client service.

Steve holds the accreditation of “Certified Insurance Counselor”.  As well as involvement in insurance industry associations, Steve serves on the Board of Directors for Metro Christian Academy, The Foundation for Tulsa Schools, and the Greater Tulsa YMCA.
