Stuart is the Manager of CFR’s IT Department.  Stuart’s experience includes years of network administration/desktop support.   His background includes seven years with a managed care organization in Tulsa providing support for local workstations and servers as well as remote workstations and network/email administration for servers in several other cities.   Stuart’s value to CFR, along with the rest of the IT staff, is further enhanced through their extensive experience in maintaining relationships with technical vendors/providers to guarantee a stable computer environment.

He is a graduate of the University Center at Tulsa with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems.
