Larger companies in our market area have been underserved in terms of having local expertise available to serve clients with more complex risk management needs.  CFR Risk Management will provide a new focus in serving our growing client base who require a broader range of service and expertise.

Trey Biggs joined CFR in November 2006 as President.  Trey is responsible for the delivery of customized risk management and consultative services to Fortune 1000 companies.

Most recently Trey was Managing Director with Marsh, where he was responsible for the Oklahoma Operations as well as business development in the South Central Zone including New Orleans, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Oklahoma.

Before moving to Marsh, Trey was Senior Vice President with Aon Risk Services, Inc. of Oklahoma. Trey developed an extensive Client Executive level background while at Aon, as well as with the private firm of McGriff, Seibels and Williams in Birmingham, AL.

Prior to his brokerage experience, Trey was Corporate Risk Manager for Purolator, a Fortune 1000 manufacturing company with global operations.

He began his career underwriting in The Financial Institutions Department for Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in Dallas, TX, moving on to manage the same department in Tulsa.

Trey earned a bachelor of science in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
