Marcus Henley

Marcus joined the Kansas City office of CFR in July 2007.   Marcus has 24 years experience as a property and casualty insurance broker/consultant.

Marcus hoas a BS Degree in Business Administration from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State),  and completed all parts of the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation.  He also maintains all continuing education requirements as determined by the Missouri State Insurance Department.

Marcus entered the insurance industry in 1983 as a producer for Liberty Mutual in Overland Park.  In 1986, he founded his own commercial agency as an independent contractor with Nationwide Insurance Company.

Marcus joined CFR after 5 1/2 years with Marsh Kansas City as a Client Executive and Senior Relationship Officer.  Marcus has worked with a variety of middle market and large national and international companies, both private and public, in a variety of industries.  Industries include: technology, wholesale/retail, financial, manufacturing, State agencies, school districts, municipalities, universities and transportation.
