Cathy began her career in the insurance industry after obtaining an Associates degree in business. She has worked with insurance companies and agencies in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. She obtained her agents license in 1991.
Cathy joined CFR in 1993. She currently works as an account manager on large commercial accounts with Steve Holloway, Glenn Day and Don Akin. She has diverse experience in many aspects of commercial insurance.
Cathy has attended numerous insurance and management courses and seminars and is involved in continuing education programs to maintain current industry expertise. Cathy is a member of the CFR SWAT Team, a group that meets regularly to discuss and troubleshoot any computer or technical issues. She received the Certified Insurance Counselor Designation in 1993, and is the past Chairman of the CNA Insurance Company Oklahoma CSR Council.
