Glenn Day is Executive Vice President and a broker with CFR, Inc. In his EVP role he has primary responsibility for managing CFR, Inc.’s relationships with the insurance companies that they represent. In addition Glenn maintains close working relationships with top executives of key companies that CFR, Inc. represents. He has also served on the Agents Advisory Council for four (4) major insurance companies.
As a broker Glenn is a member of a dedicated team of individuals that specialize in providing insurance and risk management consultation service to a select group of companies and individuals. In this practice, Glenn and his partners use a unique approach to managing and treating risk that result in the reduction of the “Total Cost of Risk” for their clients.
Before joining CFR, Glenn was the Vice President and General Manager of Chubb Group of Insurance for 11 years in the Tulsa office. Prior to his management duties for Chubb in Tulsa, he managed loss control services in 19 states. He was also responsible for providing risk management and loss control consultation to Fortune 1000 and medium sized companies in the manufacturing, energy, hospitals, transportation, construction and real estate industries on a national and international basis.
A graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s degree in management, and an Associate’s degree in fire and safety technology from Oklahoma State University, Glenn has continued his professional education by participating in a number of concentrated courses and programs. He holds the designations of Certified Safety Professional (CSP) as well as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
Glenn is an associate member of the Eastern Oklahoma Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tulsa.
