Janice joined CFR in 1997, as a Customer Service Agent specializing in personal coverages.
She began her career in the insurance industry as secretary for a small independent agency. As the agency grew, Janice was promoted to Office Manager. She came to CFR with over 15 years experience in the insurance business.
Janice has attended numerous courses and seminars and has earned her agent’s license. She completed Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) in 1999 and successfully completed the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in March 2000.
Janice has made the transition over to Commercial Lines and is now currently a Commercial Account Manager on the Association Team.
