Jerry came to CFR after working in the commercial real estate industry, in several capacities, for twenty years. His experience in construction and real estate operations brings perspective to insurance issues that is advantageous both to the client and the insurer.
Jerry has attended CNA Insurance Company’s Construction Insurance Workshop and attended the Certified Insurance Counselors’ Contractors Insurance Seminar. He is an active associate member of the American Seniors Housing Association working on insurance issues for its members.
After attending Washington & Lee University, he graduated from the University of Tulsa. Following graduation, Jerry worked for PPG Industries in its commercial construction division. He then began doing commercial leasing and property management for a Tulsa development firm before joining Lincoln Property Company, a major nationwide real estate firm.
From 1975 to 1990, Jerry owned and operated his own commercial real estate firm, involved in a variety of activities including organizing ownership groups, acquiring and operating properties, and brokerage of real estate transactions. In 1990, Jerry joined CFR.
