Liz began her career in the insurance industry in 1993, serving as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 1997, she joined the CFR Accounting Department. Her insurance background enhanced her ability to understand the accounting methods of various insurance companies.
Since then, Liz has worked in our Large Commercial Department as an Account Manager where she used her skills to assist clients, review policies, and market accounts.
Liz now utilizes these skills as the Lead Account Manager of our Select (Small Commercial) Department.
Liz attained her “Certified Insurance Counselor” (CIC), designation in January 2004 and continues to attend annual CIC classes in order to keep her designation current.
