Michelle joined CFR in 1997 starting on the Accounting team within CFR. It was quickly apparent she had an aptitude for organization and personnel development as well as insurance coverage and application. She moved into an Account Executive position a few years later where her focus was on helping clients with risk reduction. In January 2007 Michelle was named Vice President of Agency Operations, were her focus is oversight of training and handling various Human Resource needs.
Michelle has been active on the Research and Development Committee for AFW (Agency Management System for Windows). Along with her duties on the R & D Committee she has served on the AFW Education Committee teaching classes on new development features of software systems.
Michelle holds a designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and has completed her designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is currently working on her designation for Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
