Pam Smith

The first contact many people have with CFR is Pam Smith.  She has been the receptionist at the firm since 1973.

Pam has become well known by clients, insurance carriers, and associates as “the Voice of CFR”.  Her unique wit and responsiveness are the first indication for many callers that they are not dealing with an ordinary insurance agency.

Before joining CFR, she worked for a local automobile dealership and manufacturing company.

A native Tulsan, she graduated from Will Rogers High School and then attended Oklahoma Christian College in Oklahoma City.
