Paula is the Marketing Coordinator for the Financial Services division of CFR. After marketing an account to various insurance companies, Paula analyzes rates and benefits for the best carrier/client match. She then transforms all the information into a concise, accurate presentation to be shared with clients and prospects. Paula Also handles all of the CFR Employee Benefits and Payroll.
Paula joined CFR in September 2003. Prior to that, she spent 3 years with another agency where she was a specialist in group benefits enrollment and service. Paula began her career in the insurance field with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, where she spent over 8 years. Paula has held her Oklahoma Life & Health Agent license for many years. She is currently working on her Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS) designation.
In her spare time, Paula loves to work in her yard, garden, read, and above all spend time with her granddaughter.
