Susan began her insurance career as an Insurance Adjuster for a local company for four years. After that, she worked with an Independent Insurance Agent.
Susan received her Agent's license in 1994, and earned her CISR designation in 1995. She takes continuing education courses in order to keep up with the ever-changing insurance industry.
Susan has worked exclusively in the Large Commercial Departments of several agencies before moving to CFR in July 2006.
